Privacy policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026. Controller: Mercury Flow.
Your account
When you create an account we store your name, email address, a securely hashed password (we never see or store the password itself), when you signed up and last signed in, whether you confirmed your email, whether you asked for product emails, and how you found us (for example the campaign link or website you came from). We use this to give you access to Mercury Flow, support you and understand which marketing works.
Purchases
Checkout is handled by Whop. Whop collects your payment details and shares with us what we need to give you access, such as your email and order details. We never receive your card number. Whop's privacy policy applies to the data it collects.
Emails
We send emails you need: your confirmation code, password resets and purchase confirmations. We only send product updates and launch news if you ticked that box; you can switch it off on your account page at any time. Emails are delivered by Resend.
Cookies and visit statistics
We count page visits on our own server. We don't use advertising pixels, Google Analytics or any third-party trackers.
- Always: we count which page was opened, which link or campaign brought the visit, and the device type (mobile or desktop) and browser. This is not linked to you and stores nothing on your device.
- Only if you click Accept: we set a first-party cookie
mf_vid(a random ID, kept 1 year) and a per-tab session ID, so we can see returning visitors and which pages lead to sign-ups. If you sign up, your first recorded visit is linked to your account. - Necessary cookies:
mf_sessionkeeps you signed in (30 days) andmf_consentremembers your cookie choice (1 year). These don't need consent.
You can change your choice any time with Cookie settings. Visit records are deleted after about 13 months.
Contact form
If you use the contact form, we store your name, email, topic and message to reply to you. Resolved messages are deleted after about 12 months.
Using Mercury Flow
The indicator runs inside DeepCharts on your computer. It doesn't send your chart, trading or account data to us. DeepCharts' own privacy policy applies to the platform.
Where data is kept
Our website and database run on our own server in Germany (Hetzner). Service providers process data only to provide their service to us: Whop (payments), Resend (email) and our hosting provider.
Your rights
You can see and change your details on your account page, and delete your account there at any time. You can also ask us to show, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you, except records we must keep by law (for example payment records for tax). Contact us through our contact page or email us.
