This website

This website uses no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. To count visits, it records the page you open, which link or campaign brought you here and a random ID that lasts only for your browser tab. It doesn't record your IP address in these statistics, and visits are skipped when your browser sends Do Not Track. Visit records are deleted after about 90 days. Our host may keep standard server logs for security.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, we store your name, email, topic and message to reply to you, and whether you asked for product updates. Resolved messages are deleted after about 12 months.

Purchases

Checkout is handled by Whop. Whop collects your payment details and shares with us what we need to give you access and support you, such as your name, email and order details. We never receive your card number. Whop's privacy policy applies to the data it collects.

Using Mercury Flow

The indicator runs inside DeepCharts on your computer. It doesn't send your chart, trading or account data to us. DeepCharts' own privacy policy applies to the platform.

Emails

If you email us, we keep the conversation to help you. We only send product updates or marketing emails if you've agreed to them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you, except records we must keep by law (for example, for tax or accounting). Contact our contact page or email us.
