Terms of purchase and use

These terms apply when you buy or use Mercury Flow. Payments are processed by Whop, and Whop's own terms also apply to the checkout.

What you buy

A one-time payment of $100 USD gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Mercury Flow, an indicator for the DeepCharts platform, on your own DeepCharts account. It is delivered as a DeepCharts shared package. You may not share the package link, resell, copy, decompile or redistribute the software.

Lifetime access and updates

"Lifetime" means for as long as Mercury Flow is supported. New versions are delivered through DeepCharts when published. We can't promise compatibility with every future DeepCharts version or that third-party services will stay available.

What you need

DeepCharts, market data subscriptions and any broker accounts are separate and are your responsibility. Check that your setup meets the requirements on the home page before you buy.

Refunds

If Mercury Flow won't install or doesn't work as described and we can't fix it, email us within 14 days of purchase with your Whop order number and we'll refund you in full. Because the indicator is delivered digitally and can't be returned, we don't offer refunds for change of mind once it's installed.

Trading losses, or results different from what you expected, are not a software defect. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

No advice, no guarantee

Mercury Flow is analysis software. It is not investment advice, a trading signal service, brokerage or account management, and it doesn't place orders. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. See the risk disclosure.

Liability

The software is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Mercury Flow.
